Description Responsibilities: *Responsible for project management tasks such as planning, estimation, resourcing, etc. *Manage all project dependencies both internal and external *Manage risks, issues, action items through closure *Manage the Change Request process and ensure teams comply with the defined process Responsible for creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications and/or User Stories *Responsible for providing high level consulting services to both client personnel and internal technical staff on complex issues involving system functionality. *Qualified applicants will be required to prepare roadmap, analysis plan, functional specification documents, test plans and other product related documentation, as well as provide oversight to large-scale testing efforts within the team. *Responsible for supporting full life-cycle for new projects (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation), as well as providing assistance in resolution of production problems. *Responsible for building and managing strong partnership with business, operations and IT sponsors Required Skills: *Experience in managing large scale projects with multiple dependencies, ideally for a large financial institution. *Experience with project and resource estimations and financial management. *Must have experience in data integration initiatives that involved cleansing, transformation and aggregation. Ability to recognize and summarize major patterns, identify edge cases, suggest conclusions / recommendations to enable business decision making. *Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with ability to grasp complexities and relationship between issues. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in writing functional requirements, user documentation and training materials. Must be able to get the message across to a variety of audiences. *Ability to communicate effectively with clients to establish an understanding of business needs, and translate requirements to technical staff to support development activities. *Ability to investigate client needs to provide input into the design of a system functional enhancements. *Skill in understanding and focusing on the clients? needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients. *Ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills and manage conflict. *Ability to operate with a global team and manage multiple priorities. *5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
