Please send apt resumes to ykumb...@otsi-usa.com *RF Engineer IV at Overland Park , KS* *3+ months contract* *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* - RF Engineer IV is responsible for conducting highly complex network system administration and design engineering activities to maximize network connectivity and capacity. - Performs engineering functions related to interconnect equipment and facilities, signaling systems, switches and traffic. - Responsibilities may include: performing cost justification studies; planning, ordering and deploying network components; forecasting network/equipment needs and recommending appropriate configurations; resolving complex maintenance problems; monitoring traffic flows to ensure call delivery optimization; and providing technical leadership and expertise to less experienced engineers. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. - 8 years related work experience. Scope of Work: - *Microwave* LOS analysis and candidate evaluation, and Microwave backhaul network design per specified design rules and topology guidelines - Minimum five (5) years RF engineering experience, primarily as a microwave engineer and MW backhaul engineer, but candidates with access (CDMA, EVDO, LTE, etc.) network RF design will be considered. - PathLoss 5 and Google Earth experience required, Planet design experience beneficial, Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) tools experience required *Best Regards,Object Technology Solutions, Inc.
