*Position: Business Analyst* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 6 Months - Contract to HIre* ONLY USC AND GC Rate:$50/hr on C2C *Job Description:* · The Business Analyst supports the development of the Allscripts Practice Management product through familiarity with medical practice, and ongoing research of best practice guidelines. · The Business Analyst supports the Agile Sprint Teams during the development process. · This individual also serves as a liaison between internal departments, including Support, Education, Sales and Implementation. · The Senior Business Analyst is a domain expert and acts as a resource on features and operation of the software, assists with or provides high level support to clients, and participates in troubleshooting reported errors and software defects. · This individual is also responsible for researching and responding to Software Enhancement requests from clients and other staff members and for creating functional requirement documentation for the design of new feature functionality. · Early Adopter support on application software is also a responsibility of this role.
