The detailed plan must meet the technical requirements and deadlines associated with the AD Consolidation Project, while conforming to future goals of a corporate Exchange 2010 migration which may coincide with or occur after deadlines of the AD Consolidation Project. In other words, the plan must be able to handle the contingency of a Client Corporate Exchange 2010 deployment not existing when the subsidiary's AD and Exchange environment is migrated.
