We have an immediate need for an Exchange Expert to help with migration
efforts at our client.  The contract will run through the end of January
2011 and the candidate will need to be able to work the week between
Christmas and New Years.

The project needs a *MS Exchange Consultant* to provide a detailed plan for
migrating subsidiaries who are currently on older versions of Exchange
deployed within a separate Active Directory (AD) forest into a consolidated
AD forest, while client Corporate plans to migrate to Exchange 2010 as
well.  The detailed plan must meet the technical requirements and deadlines
associated with the AD Consolidation Project, while conforming to future
goals of a corporate Exchange 2010 migration which may coincide with or
occur after deadlines of the AD Consolidation Project.  In other words, the
plan must be able to handle the contingency of a Client  Corporate Exchange
2010 deployment not existing when the subsidiary's AD and Exchange
environment is migrated.



After the detailed plan has been created, hands-on expertise for executing
the detailed plan may be required, especially if Client corporate has not
migrated to Exchange 2010 yet and a base infrastructure needs to be
established.



*The Exchange Consultant will have prior expertise upgrading and migrating
Exchange versions, as well as experience consolidating Exchange deployments,
and will fully comprehend all touch points between Exchange and Active
Directory in versions from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.*

The Consultant may also be required to go on-site to perform or assist the
migrations at the identified subsidiaries.
