Re: Lost ofall redo logs

2002-09-19 Thread Gilberto Gampert

Hi People

I don't think that i need to update my CV, since I don't administer the
database in subject and that am trying to solve the an unhappy customer's
problem.

I had already researched and tried almost everything that you suggested me
and what really solved went use to suggestion of the not documented
parameter (_allow_resetlogs_corruption), then do a full export, then
recreate the database and do a full import.

I think that this list is wonderful, whenever I had a problem and I didn't
get to solve I asked help here and I went very well assisted, much better
than the oracle support.

Thank you!

  Hi guys!

Since the upgrade of my Oracle server to the version 8.1.6 (I applied
all
the patches) and the rebuild of the clients applications with the
 libraries
from the same version, the column PROGRAM of the view v_$session is
empty.
If the application is using the old libs, the program apears in the
view.
Does anybody know the solution? What to do to see the program that is
  running?

  I thank in advance!!!
