Hi Ranganath, I think you must be executing this script from oracle user. It seems you do not have execute permissions on mknod command. I. 1. comment the rollback segment in initsid.ora file. 2. connect internal 3. startup mount 4. deletion of data from a large table
Hi All, I have deleted 3 lakhs records from a large table. But there is no effect on tablespace i.e. before I delete the data freespace in TS is 100MB , after deletion also it is showing 100MB. What could be the reason ? How to get the freespace after deleting the data ?
