In Oracle9iAS Release 2, Single Sign-On is an infrastructure component, and does not require Portal to be installed. Where do you call your procedure? If you are running the code through IAS you (ias) will start more than one session (if you are using SSO), so depending on where you are calling your procedure it migth be called more than once. Hi, Use oemapp in $ORACLE_HOME/bin. oemapp requiers some parameter (that tells witch program to start (DBA studio among others)).
