Drop snapshot ORA-03113 - part 2
DBA_JOBS shows that there is job associated with phantom refresh group. See if SYS.DBMS_IJOB.REMOVE(job_id) or
SYS.DBMS_IJOB.DROP_USER_JOBS('USERNAME') works
