e.g : 
cursor c1 is . 
for c in c1 loop 
 select a into v1

  where a  1 and b  2 and ...

You can write the following after the select statement:
exception
when no_data_found then null;

Youcould use PL/SQL exceptions.
Example :
for c in c1 loop 
begin
 select a into v1   from table1   where a  1 and b  2 and ... 
exception
 when no_data_found then
 null;
end;
end loop;
