Change it by going into svrmgrl and connecting internal. One other thing SYS AND SYSTEM PASSWORDS ON A LOST DOCUMENT - AAARRRGGH ! Do you know internal's password? If so log on as internal, and "alter user sys identified by new_password;". This of course assumes that you do not have any scripts with the sys user/password coded in (a bit of a no no anyway). But hey this is a test server anyway!
