*Position: * *DevOps Consultant * *Location : Alpharetta,GA * *Duration : 12+ Months * *Interview Mode: Phone / Skype (but would prefer in-person)* Job Description · This position will lead projects, provide technical guidance, assist other engineering teams with the systems infrastructure for daily activities, and provide tier 3 support for Operations on our Linux systems. · In this role you will write infrastructure code, provide systems expertise, write frameworks and resolve technology issues impacting the company. · You will be responsible for engineering a solution, operationalizing it, and moving on to the next project. · 3+ years of progressive work related experience in systems engineering including, configuration management, the Linux operating system, and scripting. · Broad knowledge of Industry policies, products, markets, processes, technical platforms and major applications as well as an understanding of standard IT principles and practices. · Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to take highly technical information and present to management, technical staff, business/professional contacts and vendors. · Strong consulting and interpersonal skills. · Demonstrated skills in diagnostics and problem solving methodologies. · Demonstrated experience in executing projects from conception through implementation.
