*Over view:*
Senior *Salesforce Developer *with overall over 9 years of technical
experience supporting client's Investments' initiative to migrate from
ARMS, which is client's proprietary CRM application, to Salesforce.com
(SFDC).

*Required skill:*

   - Strong project management skills and ability to lead and mentor team
   members·
   - Engage business in requirement analysis and solution definition
   - 5+ years hands-on development experience with Apex, VisualForce and
   Force.com
   - Working knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WSDL and EAI
   processes
   - Experience with multiple full-lifecycle SFDC implementations
   - Experience as SFDC lead participating in business requirements,
   technical design, systems requirements and implementation planning
   - Strong expertise with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud
   - Experience with the Salesforce Mobile App
   - Working knowledge of ETL tools and integration leveraging SFDC web
   services API
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
   - Strong interpersonal skills
   - Demonstrated ability to work with a team of offshore developers on
   delivery of SFDC systems requirements
   - Mentor and coach transferring SFDC technical knowledge and
   implementation details to Prudential staff members

*DESCRIPTION:*

·  The SalesForce.com developer will be responsible for coding, testing and
analyzing application software. The technology stack that they will be
utilizing includes: Apex, Visualforce, Java, HTML, CSS.

·  The developer will work closely with business side and sales team
members to provide IT and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and
create solutions that are aligned with business directives.


*QUALIFICATIONS:*

·  This position requires a BA/BS in computer science with 5 years of
experience in Web application development

·  4-5 years of experience of Programmer Analyst experience

·  Ability to generate code and create Salesforce objects based on input
from design documents

·  Extensive skills using Visualforce with Visualforce Component building
experience

·  Extensive Point  CLick, Apex skills using standard controllers, custom
controllers , controller extension and, bulk apex

·  Must have worked on Sales side of configurations/ development

·  Prior integration design experience entailing multiple integration
points from a Solution perspective

·  4-5 years of Salesforce Programmer Analyst experience

·  SalesForce Certification is a must
