We have an opportunity *Avaya Resource *one of our clients in Charlotte, NC/San Diego CA Title : Avaya CMS Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6+ months *Avaya CMS* · Daily operational management of CMS system · Resolve daily reporting requests · Manage work orders and incidents related to CMS · Build reports as needed – standard and custom · Manage backups of system · Manage functions of system during failover events and BCP/testing NFocus reporting system (http://www.netlert.com) · Daily operational management of NFocus system · Resolve daily reporting requests · Manage work orders and incidents related to NFocus · Build reports as needed – standard and custom · Manage backups of system · Manage functions of system during failover events and BCP/testing Position 1 ) Avaya Requirement L2 Engineering Graduate with Good communication Skills CCNA or ACA certified preferred 3 – 5 years of Hands on experience on S8700, CMS ,AES, VM ,WFM and IVR Knowledge on S8700 with G650 and G 450 Good knowledge on MACD , VDN,VEC, Routing and backups Good Knowledge and Hands on Experience on CMS, IVR, Avaya Voice Portal Hands on Experience on IPhone handling.
