*Job Title* SQL/ EDW Consultant *Project Location* Washington/Seattle *Duration* 3+ months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Client :- * *Sirius Somputer Solutions* Job Description: We need a Senior PostgreSQL/EDW resource to start as soon as possible. The initial estimate is that it’ll be a 2 month project with room to grow. Client has no travel budget, so ideally want someone local to the Seattle area or a rate all inclusive. We can work out an ideal rate! The client needs a front end resource for an immediate need as a result of a key person leaving the team. This is the beginning of some reporting work. I think it could easily become a bigger project to enable them to do this type of reporting for many other similar relationships that will be coming as their market changes. The resource need is for someone who can write PostgreSQL, using it to extract data from the EDW, and pulling the data into Excel. The client has detailed specifications for 6 different extracts/reports. The extracts will then be given for review. More on this: Skills: 1) It’s possible someone with T-SQL or P-SQL would be fine 2) Need to be able to understand the data and talk with others about it (i.e., some interpersonal and communication skills required) 3) Put the data into readable Excel format for use by other non-reporting people so need Excel skills too.
