Please include your employer details as well if any. * Job Title* - Data/Systems Analysts *Location* - MA-Massachusetts/Boston *Duration* - 6 Months *MOI * - *Telephonic followed by Face-to-Face.* This is not a traditional BA role. The IT Systems/Data Analyst formulates and defines *systems scope* and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable *business systems* and industry requirements. The role includes obtaining and analyzing business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements functional specifications/Agile Stories. The Data Analyst must be fully affluent and experienced in the securities/investment services domain and terminology. · The analyst must perform data analysis and data mapping, producing data mapping documentation. · Works with technology partners across the firm to provide technical solution in timeframes needed. · Possesses the ability and experience to run projects as a PM as needed. *Primary Responsibilities:* • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business partners • Collaborate with team members to finalize scope • Translate business requirements into functional/technical specs, or user stories (Agile). • Coordinating and providing business direction to Technical Leads • Adheres to the specified project methodology and requisite deliverables • Conduct impact analysis, provides alternate solutions • Create requirements documentation, schedules and leads reviews , obtains final approval from all stakeholders • Participate in peer reviews • Communicate and documents status, issues and risks effectively • Participate actively in project and team meetings • Participate in the full life cycle of the project • Work with QA and the business on test scenarios • Work with business partners and technology team to define, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Maintain trusted relationships with business partners *Qualifications:* • 10+ years Systems/Data Analyst with some PM experience – heavy work in the investment/securities industry • Working knowledge of standard design methodologies and principles, Agile preferred • A strong business perspective and knowledge of the characteristics and analytics associated with the regulatory space, Dodd Frank helpful • Strong analysis/project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks • Experience working with QA to review test plans and test cases • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be excellent in MS Office applications, including VISIO • MBA is a plus Regards, Ritesh Kumar Recruiter *RG Talent Inc* *39120 Argonaut way* *Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538* Phone : 510-443-0757 x 111 Email : rit...@rgtalent.com Hangout id : ritesh...@gmail.com URL : www.rgtalent.com *Disclaimer: The information in this email is confidential and may be legally privileged.
