Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to recrui...@burgeonits.com *Position: Incident Coordinator* *Location: Redmond, WA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Rate: $50/hr C2C * ·*Manages performance of the ISRM process within their immediate sphere of control* ·*Assist with detection of possible Problems and the assignment of them to the Problem Management team for them to raise problem records.* ·*Evaluates scope of major incidents and knows how to engage next level of management* ·*Queue Management - Tracks open Incident and service request records.* ·*Reviews open Incidents for status.* ·*Reviews incident priority and determines if the priority needs to be adjusted (per aging).* ·*Ensures that analysts within their immediate sphere of control are correctly prioritizing their work.* ·*If cross group coordination is required, coordinates Incident resolution and service request completion with various workgroups.* ·*Ensures effective tactical coordination of activities during an incident to restore service. Manage and coordinate all activities necessary to respond to, record and resolve Incidents.
