*Reason for Request:* To support the SIMS reports automation testing. Doing
PDF reports validation using UFT and/or another open source PDF Validation
tool.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Creation, maintenance, and execution of modular and re-usable
automated test scripts, Jenkins- continuous integration, defect
documentation, reporting, and analysis.

·         Coordinate with agile teams, including software development, QA,
BA and project management, to ensure timely and appropriate coverage is
obtained through automation

·         Create an automated testing solution to test PDF reports to  go
along with the existing front end functional *UFT or Selenium Java test
automation* framework

·         Create automated scripts to completely automate PDF reports
validation

·         Use any third party tools like *aspose, Selenium, Jhove, Apache
PDFBox* or open source tools to develop the PDF report automation framework

*Skills Required (Mandatory):*

·         Bachelor's degree in related field

·         QA testing experience of 5+ years; Experience with automating
Java applications with solid programming knowledge

·         Minimum of 3 years automating using *HP - UFT (Unified Functional
Test)* is a MUST

·         Experience *automating PDF reports* using any open source tool
like *aspose, Selenium, Apache PDFBox, Jhove* or any customized Java
program is a MUST

·         Previous *SQL or Oracle* query experience

·         Good exp with *Linux OS and Jenkins integration*

·         Proven skills in research, analysis, solution validation, and
implementation

·         Working experience in the development and implementation of
automated software testing solutions

·         Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best
practices and methodologies
