*I urgently need to backfill a Senior Performance Tester there. Following
is the JD:*



  *   Strong understanding of performance testing, monitoring and
application *management tools such as Load runner, Performance Center,
SiteScope and ALM is a must*.

  *   Should be proficient in working with the *protocols like Web
services, HTTP/HTML, JavaVuser and Ajax TruClient*.

  *   Should be able to identify the test scenarios to validate the
performance of key business functions.

  *   Identifying the test environment, test data and access needs.

  *   Work closely with the developers in understanding the requirements
and come up with a test plan.

  *   Understanding the total *integration and analysis of SiteScope, PC &
ALM*.

  *   Understanding and *managing ALM, SiteScope and PC servers*

  *   Directing objectives for change and improvement in performance and
quality

  *   Strong leadership skills

  *   Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
