*Dont Send profiles without **CallidusCloud Experience* *Title: Business analyst* *Location:* *Hercules, CA* *Duration: **9+ Months* *Responsibilities:* · As part of the Global CRM team, this position will be tasked with optimizing CRM processes and improving efficiency. This person is the liaison between the Bio-Rad business departments and Global IT to ensure their CRM needs are appropriately prioritized and executed. · Gather requirements from the business regarding new systems needs and existing system changes/ enhancements and works with team to implement. · Prioritize system enhancements based on the needs of the business and IT available resources to arrive at decisions that maximize Bio-Rad’s scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness. · Leverages Agile project management methodologies. · Leads SFA/CRM projects within estimated time and in accordance with acceptable quality measurements. · Conducts analysis, design, testing, and documentation.
