These deployments will span Development, Certification, QA, Performance and Production environments. *Job Responsibilities:* · Onboard, support, and deploy applications via the Continuous Delivery System · For new applications, work with development team to specify the requirements for application build, test, and deploy processes. · Once the application is onboarded, provide oversite to changes introduced by the development team to any devops configuration changes team, · DevOps Developer role is to write build and deployment scripts according to SCM team standards and processes to all defined deploy environments. · Act as first responder for all build failure points along the CDS. · DevOps Developer is required to automate smoke/sanity tests for the applications deployed and also collect the correct stakeholders to resolve the issues that arise as part of the smoke test process. · DevOps Developer is expected to learn the architecture of all the applications to help trouble shoot any issues for each applications. · DevOps Developer need to continuously monitor and analyze the environment capacities of build infrastructure and provide appropriate recommendation to the Management team for improvements and immediate attention. · DevOps Developer is required to serve as a bridge between developers and operations to assure the regular and timely continuous delivery of functional services to both internal and external customers Job Requirements: · Experience with Atlassian tools like Bamboo, Jira, Confluence. · Provisioning experience with Vagrant, Puppet, Chef, CFEngine, Docker, etc · Deployment experience on local, virtual, and bare metal environments · Building and scripting the Mobile applications in iOS, Android and Windows. · Experience with Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python, Perl, Shell Scripting for script automation. · Subversion and GIT adminstration and deployment skills, training, and experience.
