*Role: Lead Identity & Access Management Engineer*

*Location: Long Island, NY*

*Duration: 3-6 months*


*VISA COPY MUST*


•             The primary day-to-day responsibility of the resource will be
maintenance of the IBM system- Identity Image System

•             The hired candidate will need Identity Image System experience

•             Identity Image System identifies employees user rights and
software accesses with client.

The resource will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution
when the employee has issues, ie: forgot password, password needs to be
updated, HR accidentally added a new employee to the system twice and that
needs to be corrected, user rights changes and new accesses approved, etc…

*Required Knowledge and Skills*

Please describe the 2-3 core areas of functional or professional knowledge
required in the position and at least 2-3 soft skills (e.g. Communication,
leadership, organizational

Extensive experience with CA Identity Minder 12.5 and above and Role and
Compliance Manager is a must.

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.must be
analytical, organized and detail-oriented in nature.

Technical skills working with various endpoints.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are a must for this
position.

Ablity to mulitask daily operational duties and project related
responsabilities related to the IDM system.

Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.



Excellent planning, organizational skills, analytical, and technical skills

Highly detailed oriented, strong on workflow process, and excellent
analytical skills.  Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork,
facilitation and negotiation.

Must have extensive knowledge in security, infrastructure, data and
application integration.

Certifications in Information Security- SANS GSEC, CISSP, CISM, CISA are a
plus.

Strong understanding of network architecture and application development
methodologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, with a can do attitude.

*Education and Experience:*

Minimum education required to perform the position

Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study,
or equivalent experience

Minimum experience required to perform the position

3-5 years related experience

5 years of experience in implementing & supporting enterprise ID Management
solutions

Minimum supervisory experience required to perform the position

No prior management experience
