·       Functions at a Sr. Engineer level

·       Should have 7-10 years of progressive experience with network
engineering and relevant technologies

If the candidates have right skill set , 5-7 year experience is acceptable

·         MEF Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional (CECP) 2.0
certification preferred—Good to have

·         Familiar with ADVA or RAD CPE devices

·         Routing protocol knowledge and Juniper JNCA or JNCP
certifications desired—Need to have working experience of routers

·         Working knowledge of MPLS-based services such as E-Line or E-LAN

·         Execute Ethernet test plans and Ensure Ethernet services
standards are met

·         Proactive resolution of issues to complete assigned project
activities on time

·         Significant hands-on testing experience in a lab environment:
IXIA, Spirent, JDSU, WinPcap, SAM Test, etc. Must have strong hands-on
testing experience, understand the test plan etc, it does not mean
candidates need to have all the lab experience, good in one or two would be
enough

·         Prefer Carrier Ethernet experience and should have worked for a
service provider

·         BS in Network Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering
