*Job Description: *

*GENERAL FUNCTION*

As a member of the DFG Oracle ERP Team, team, the ERP Lead Analyst will be
a key technical resource supporting DFG business systems.

Working under the direction of the ERP Program Manager, the ERP Lead
Analyst will work closely with Business Stakeholders to develop business
system processes, collect business requirements, create technical designs,
lead projects to implement the solutions and provide ongoing business
system support.



*DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES*

   - Is the primary functional and technical analyst for the DFG business
   systems, including: Oracle eBusiness Suite R12, and other enterprise-scale
   applications
   - Primarily responsible for Oracle Purchase to Pay, Expense and Workflow
   modules for North American and European locations
   - Supports other solution modules including Projects, AR, GL, FA, and
   reporting.
   - Capable of defining, architecting and re-engineering business
   processes.
   - Documents business requirements, functional and technical designs, and
   test plans, models and results.
   - Ensure document repositories are up-to-date and controlled
   - Supports Security profile definitions and maintenance
   - Supports the master data governance process
   - Able to present proposed solutions to business stakeholders and
   management via whiteboard and PowerPoint. Translate DFG  business
   requirements into technical designs
   - Develops business reports, interfaces and module enhancements using
   Oracle & 3rd party development tools
   - Performs unit, integrated and functional tests and resolve issues
   found during testing
   - Is the primary point person for all Oracle eBusiness production
   issues. Supports issue confirmation through resolution and implementation.
   - Troubleshoots and debugs applications systems, reports and interfaces
   - Supports & assists end users in the use of the DFG business
   applications
   - Seeks assistance from, and leads teams of application system
   vendor-partners to resolve support issues
   - Works directly with Oracle Customer Support to resolve issues

*EDUCATION *

   - BS Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or other
   technical field
   - MBA a plus
   - Continuing education in systems implementation related disciplines a
   plus



*EXPERIENCE*

   - 15 years ERP implementation and support experience
   - 7 years Oracle eBusiness implementation experience with a focus on
   Oracle eBusiness Finance modules and master data management
   - 2 Years supporting Oracle Fusion ERP in a production support and
   enhancement environment
   - 5 Years Oracle eBusiness v12 implementation experience including
   leadership roles
   - 5 Years project management and or team lead experience managing at
   least 10 Oracle eBusiness support / implementation staff including remote
   3rd party vendors
   - 3 years financial services experience
   - Big 4 ERP implementation experience



*SKILLS*

   - Possess strong communication and training skills and be able to
   communicate technical information to non-technical users (Required)
   - Broad experience with using, configuring and developing within Oracle
   eBusiness Suite R12.1.3,
   - Knowledge of corporate accounting best practices and processes and
   translating the processes into functional and technical system requirements
   (Required)
   - Deep expertise in Oracle eBusiness Purchase to Pay, Expenses, and
   Workflow
   - Deep integration skills with Oracle eBusiness FBDI and ADFDI
   - Working knowledge of Oracle eBusiness, AR, Projects, Costing, GL, and
   Oracle reporting tools
   - Working knowledge of Oracle eBusiness ERP North American and European
   implementations
   - Experience with Enterprise Service Bus implementations desirable
   - Experience integrating Oracle eBusiness with Workday Payroll systems
   and banking systems
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills
   - Outstanding teamwork skills
   - A great desire to learn new skills and technologies
   - Ability to perform project planning using MS-Project
   - Ability to manage 10 + project team members remotely
   - Ability to coordinate and facilitate users and technical teams
   - Ability to work with remote 3rd party production support staff
