Primary Projects are focused on integrating customers into the company’s systems. Technical expertise in *XML is a must* along with preferred experience in similar interfaces. *Financial service industry experience, preferably in the banking loan servicing & mortgage arena, is ideal. * Project P&L experience with large budgets ($10MM +), project timelines of 12 – 18 months and sizeable staff, focused on meeting project commitments. Expert at establishing communication plans, identifying risk & risk management, in collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders and team members. The SIPM will have responsibility in working with multiple PMs including client, IT and vendor PMs, ranging from 10 – 20 total PMs and staff. Preferred experience in the design, testing, planning, and implementation of complex projects for systems that typically affect many users. Project Timeline – Must have experience with multi-phased mid to long term projects. *Experience**:* Minimum 10 years of i ncreasingly responsible experience, with at least seven years of managing increasingly complex projects in a technical environment. Program Office / Project Management Office experience ideal. Deep knowledge of Project Management principles, practices and theory - PMP certified. Strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices. *Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology-related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred. PMP Certification / PM methodologies.
