Management role* because the ideal candidate will have enough Project
Management background to be able to manage and report on their own work and
the work of others and be successful within the IT project structure.

The BA will work closely with Mortgage Business & IT staff, program staff

requirements for technology systems.

*Typical/example BA duties include:*

· Develop relationships with business stakeholders.

· Understand existing technology to the extent that initial sizing
of requirements may be determined, and product customizations identified

· Conduct research, elicit and document business requirements from
key stakeholders by using interviews, document analysis, requirements
workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process
descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis,
competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.

· Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and
revise existing system logic as necessary under direction of Project and

information systems.

· Ensure requirements are communicated and documented effectively,
and shepherd the requirements through to sponsor signoff.

· Represent the client’s requirements to the technical staff and
address any questions that arise during implementation, testing and
deployment.

· Quickly identify and escalate project issues (e.g. departures
from agreed-upon scope, timeline slippage, stakeholder issues).

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· A strong background in analysis and critically evaluating
information gathered from multiple sources; experience decomposing
high-level information into details, distinguishing

· user requests from the underlying true needs, and developing
solution ideas from requirements.

· Proven experience successfully working in a team setting and
ability to reconcile conflicts.

· *Minimum seven 7-10 years* experience in related professional
business/project analyst capacity*
