Experience :8-10 years.



1)  Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition
erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace))

2)  Configured tool for incoming call center environment

3)  Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following
either of one

4)  Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal)

5)  Experienced with eServices (email) – mandatory

6)  Customization of tool  in .NET – Nice to have

7)  Exposure to Prism framework – Nice to have
