Job Description:

Helpful to have dairy industry knowledge through working with organizations
similar to Foremost Farms. Looking to supply a team to help them implement
Oracle 12.2.4.

They have some very stringent resource requirements. These team members
would be responsible for the following:



• Works within their assigned business program area to advise on process
mapping, solution design and configuration, and testing.

• Provides Oracle R12.2 functional and technical support to IS Business
Analyst within business program area.

• Guides the IS Business Analyst in system configuration and setup based
upon final system design.

• Conducts regular cross-validations with rest of consulting team to ensure
consistency and process integrity.

• Provides functional post-implementation support to the core team
(Business Champions and IS Business Analysts).



Resource Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in application/solution architecture

• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Preferably 4+
years in Release 12)

• Has dairy industry knowledge through working with organizations similar
to Foremost Farms.

• Process manufacturing expertise is a must.

• Participation in each phase of at least two (2) full Oracle R12 EBS
lifecycle implementations

• Working in a process lead role on at least one (1) implementations

• Proficient in defining functional design for custom solutions,
conversions and interfaces.

• Excellent team player with immense ability to grasp new concepts and
apply them per Foremost business requirements. Well organized with
interpersonal and developmental skills, strong work ethic and willingness
to work hard to achieve Foremost Farms goals and targets.

• Effective demonstration of presentation skills, including the ability to
communicate at various levels to accommodate the audience and their
specific interests

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to client framework and business culture.

Program Specific Requirements

Each Solution Architect is to provide a specific level of expertise within
their assigned program area. Below are the skills, knowledge and or
experience in each area that Foremost feels it needs to have in a team for
a successful implementation project.



Program Skills, Knowledge, Experience

Order to Cash (OTC)

• Must have Oracle R12 implementation experience with Order Management[1],
Warehouse Management, Mobile Supply Chain, Advanced Pricing, Rebates &
Deduction Settlement, Endeca extensions, and Transportation Management &
Operational Planning.

• Experience with configuration and setups for Oracle Financials and
Advanced Pricing modules.

Account to Close (ATC)

• Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Financials modules.

• Experience in migrating to sub-ledger accounting

• MBA & CPA with financial business background preferred

• Must have Oracle R12 implementation experience with Oracle Financials,
Oracle Projects, Advanced Pricing, Rebates & Deduction Settlement, Channel
Rebates & POS mgmt for AR Deductions Settlement, Endeca Extensions, Fusion
Accounting Hub Reporting.

• This team member would be considered the back-up to the Lead Consultant.

Procure to Pay (PTP)

• Expertise with configuration and setups for Oracle Financials, Advanced
Pricing, Project Costing and Oracle Purchasing modules.

• Must have Oracle R12 implementation experience with Advanced Supply Chain
Planning, Endeca extensions, iProcurement, Advanced Pricing for Oracle
Purchasing

Plan to Manufacture (PTM)

• Specializes in the Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Planning
areas.

• Experience in Oracle Inventory, BOM, WIP, Costing, ASCP

• Must have Oracle R12 implementation expertise with Advanced Supply Chain
Planning (unconstrained)

• Master scheduling and MRP experience in a multi-plant environment.

• Experience focus within the process manufacturing area; worked with make
to stock vs. make to order as well as building to sub-assemblies

• Experience and expertise in working with integrations between EBS R12 and
manufacturing execution layers

• Must have experience in working with food safety regulations (FSMA, Ag
80, USDA, etc.)

• Previous non-consulting experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
(e.g., plant manager, superintendent, engineer)
