*$60/hr on c2c* *Duration: 6 months* *Phone then FACE 2 FACE* *Candidates with SIEM experience will have preference over other candidates.* Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage and Monitor security centric solutions for security trends and anomalies. Technologies to be managed and monitored include (but not limited to): Checkpoint firewalls, proxies, Kaspersky anti-virus, SIEM, Juniper VPN, Cisco Radius Authentication Administer security technologies such as firewalls, F5 load balancers, proxies, Kaspersky anti-virus, SIEM and Juniper VPN, Cisco Radius Authentication Administer, Manage and Support Cisco Wireless technologies Administer, Manage and Support Internal and External DNS and Certificate Authority Develop key metrics and regular reporting on security technologies that are being administered. Assist IT Security with security incidents and events, and coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security incident. Preferred Hiring Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security with extensive experience in administrating security solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. Practical problem solving skills and solid trouble shooting skills a must. Hands-on experience with security investigations, including conducting forensic analysis.
