OSS/BSS Business analyst-NC Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the OSS Engineering team and other partners
to gather and document technical requirements, turn business requirements
into technical requirements, create use cases, perform system analysis,
work closely with the Developers and help with defining the project road
map and plan.

• Lead solution analysis, definition, and acceptance throughout the
application development lifecycle (including technology, possibilities, and
limitations)

• Perform impact analysis on the project requirements, detailing
functional requirements and guide the project from functional standpoint

• Discuss with the development and project management Teams and line up
dependencies across Teams

• Assist SME with training for users that are new to the system and any
projects where process is dynamic

• Create verification plans and review with all parties involved in
implementation

• Realize business solutions using Agile and traditional SDLC
development methodologies

Qualifications:

·Strong functional knowledge on MetaSolv M6 with an understanding
of data model related to Ordering and Engineering

·Skilled to operate different kinds of development models ranging
from Waterfall to agile mode

·Understanding of Telecom Access technologies like Fiber, copper
and Cable

·Behavioral understanding of the  Physical & Logical Network
Inventory management COTS products such as NetCracker, Oracle OSM and
Oracle MetaSolv M6

·Good knowledge on the middleware tools and ease of access framing
integration methodologies using them

·Expertise in the NextGen framework and should have practically
constructed new service deployments for US Telcos

·Providing solutions to provisioning issues, support resolving
Business complexities, and come up with workarounds

·   Plan measures to improve the network inventory management by paving
prototypes
Preferred Requirements

·   Certification in MetaSolv / Oracle products

• Scrum Execution knowledge and designing solutions within Agile model
