*12+ Months* *Job Description:* *SICS *experience REQUIRED. *JavaScript* *MuleSoft* experience is a plus Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in the insurance field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *Requirements 100% REQUIRED:* - Explicit and detailed knowledge of the application "SICS". Candidate must be an "expert" with respect to knowledge, configuration, usage and understanding of the application "SICS." Candidate must have worked as part of an IT organization and understand the role of IT in providing services to the business. This role is part of IT and while a user who has been involved with the business front end of using SICS will be considered, the candidate must have had exposure supporting and troubleshooting the SICS application from an IT perspective. *Expected Functions: * -Providing guidance to SICS users on approach -Providing setup and configurations options for future business needs to utilize SICS. -Formally documenting changes for development and business requirements. -Communicating with end users when providing options or instructions.
