*Position:* PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst/Developer
*Duration*:3+ months

*JOB DESCRIPTION*
In this role, the candidate will be working with the client to complete
identified reporting needs and also gather requirements for reports not
identified. The candidate will report to the Enterprise PeopleSoft Project
Manager and will be joining an existing team of PeopleSoft support staff.
*Responsibilities:*
· Develop reports based on campus specifications. Example reports
are provided below.
· It is understood that the exact report assignments will be made
based on the current workload once the incumbent arrives on campus.
· Analyze business requirements, document specifications, and
develop reports to address functional needs. Example reports are provided
below.
· It is understood that the exact report assignments will be made
based on the current workload once the incumbent arrives on campus.
· Mentor staff on PeopleSoft financials table structures and where
data is stored.
· PeopleSoft database structure pertaining to storage of each
module’s data, including summary tables and views, for a minimum of the GL,
AP, PO, and AM modules.
· Relationships between tables within each module as well as cross
module dataflow, tying detail module data to summarized data in other
modules.
· Any additional functionality/features of available reporting
tools not currently leveraged, such as BI Publisher and nVision.
*Requirements:*
· Strong understanding of functional financial reporting
requirements and norms
· At least 5 years of PeopleSoft Financials experience version 9.0
or later
· Strong experience with nVision, PS/Query, XML/BI Publisher
· Strong experience with report distribution strategies
· Strong knowledge of SQL (not writing; ability to read to ensure
it meets end user’s requirements)
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent writing skills
· Strong people skills
· Higher Ed experience a plus
