*MUST HAVE eGRC(Governance Risk and Compliance) Experience* Title: Business Analyst – eGRC Location: Columbus, GA Term: Long term contract Summary Work closely with the customers to understand their Business Model, Requirements and translate them into software requirements document, which would then be used by design & development teams and QA for solutioning. Client facing, onsite role Work as a consultant and provide valuable thoughts on the area of work Must Have Total of 8-12 years of techno-functional experience in Governance Risk and Compliance area with at least 3 years in banking area Strong understanding of eGRC domain in Banks or Financial Institutions, specifically in the areas such as Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Operational Risk Management Understands data collection, validation and issues management as it relates to risk management practices Working experience of Nasdaq BWise solution and its fitment into business processes would be a plus (or alternate systems like RSA Archer, Metric Stream) Understanding of the eGRC configuration features/back-end processes and different reporting requirements Business Analyst skills like business interfacing and co-ordination.
