*(out of pharma is a HUGE PLUS) Responsibilities: Will work with Business
Analytics & Insights team within Hospital Commercial excellence in data
querying, analytics & reporting to business & sales functions. The role
will require quick learning & understanding of business requirements & an
ability to translate that into data & analytics needs. Core Requirements:
* Proficiency in SQL query programming and development & writing
SQL queries & work with different MS SQL, Oracle & Cloud databases *
Perform ETL tasks on the core data & make it ready for analytics/reporting
* Translate these data pulls (from SQL & ETL) into final reporting
for management/business * Advanced Excel skills (building Macros,
pivot tables & pivot charts, writing formulas, etc.) *
Present/synthesize and also troubleshoot any issues from core reporting *
Learn various reporting tools such as Qlik/HANA to perform on demand
reporting Additional Desired Skills/Experience: * Previous work
experience in Pharma & Life Sciences * Knowledge/Experience with
data providers such as IMS & Symphony Health Sales data *
Understanding of Pharma CRM systems such as Veeva & Salesforce *
Academic or applied experience with Python (e.g. SciPy) R, SPSS, SAS or
similar for doing data preparation / wrangling, data analysis and/or
building statistical models *
