*6-24 Months  (Long term contract initial 6 months but looking to be 2
years.)*





10/10 Communication

Qualified candidates must possess excellent written and verbal
communication, 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in insurance or
financial service industries and familiarity with a variety of Software
Development methodologies including, but not limited to Waterfall and Agile.



Partner with key business stakeholders to translate their technology needs
into actionable solutions by developing detailed business requirements and
process designs. Integrate your customer service, technical knowledge,
analytical skills and business expertise to support our clients by
identifying business benefits, defining requirements for system projects,
support project transition to operations and ensuring profitable business
solutions.



Qualified candidates must possess excellent written and verbal
communication,

8+ years of Business Analyst experience in insurance or financial service
industries and familiarity with a variety of Software Development
methodologies including, but not limited to Waterfall and Agile.

Job Requirements and Soft Skills: 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
in insurance or financial service industries BS/BA degree; Master degree a
plus





Certification through IIBA or PMI-BPA desired



Familiarity with a variety of software development methodologies including,
but not limited to Waterfall and Agile.

Experience in transitioning a development organization from Waterfall to
Agile strongly desired.

Experience with customer relationship management, marketing,
brokering/billing systems, document generation/management, and workflow
tool development; both home grown and the customization of out of the box
solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
effectively communicate business and technical information across all
levels of the organization, being sensitive to the needs of unique audiences

Attention to detail with the ability to shape ideas into defined
requirements, user story and persona development, and maintenance

Experience in developing and mapping business processes

Experience in facilitating requirement gathering and approval meetings

Experience in the production of commercial business cases including:

Project delivery cost estimates, Benefits
analysis

Experience in developing use  test cases and participating in the testing
of software systems (including requirement
validation/traceability)Effectively use teamwork to positively contribute
in high performing, results driven, and collaborative team environment

Excellent problem solving skills
