Skills: *UI Architect:* - At least 10 years of experience in Frontend Design & Development technologies - At least 5 years of experience as User Interface Technical Architect - Ability to define and drive front end technology strategy - Experience in Integration front end UI with different backend technologies like Java, .NET - Extensive development experience in Frontend technologies using Advance JavaScript - In-depth understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript Programming using Design and Patterns - Experience in interactive and responsive web development using HTML5 and CSS3 for mobiles and tablets - Strong Knowledge with data binding concepts of MVC like Angular, CanJS, Knockout and Backbone JS - Knowledge on Javascript templating like Handlebar templates, Moustache - Knowledge on CSS Preprocessors like SASS and LESS - Experience in UI performance testing and Cross Browser Compatibility Testing - Knowledge on Junit Testing for UI like Jasmine - Strong Knowledge on Accessibility Standards (Section 508, WCAG 2.0, International Standards) and screen readers - Familiar with server side JavaScript engine like NodeJs and Grunt - Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies *Roles & Responsibilities:* - Engage in high end discussions with Client architects and Managers, and be able to influence decisions on right technology stack choices and approaches. - Translate the UI designs in to fully-functional interactive prototypes for the Desktop and Mobile browsers. - Analyze business problems and define UI and UX, and be able to define high level and low level technical designs. - Doing Effort Estimations for the projects and change request. - Lead the team technically and contribute individually at framework level. - Should be able to establish standards for the project, conduct code reviews against industry standards and implementing best practices - Assess technical challenges / risk and propose mitigation. - Communicate clearly with all stakeholders on technicalities of the project.
