Kindly share your consultants profile with me @ gou...@izaritsolutions.com *Job Title : User Researcher - (UX Researcher)* *Location : St. Louis, MO* *Duration : 12+ months * *Rate : Best* *GC, US, or EAD-GC Required.* *Need** (UX Researcher) Profiles…* *Don’t Send UX Designer profiles Please ….* Job Description: Coordinate and conduct all user recruiting for these research activities Identify target user and associated criteria needed for recruiting Engage various partner teams on gathering and approval of user lists (i.e., working with data requests, privacy scrubbing groups, etc.) Track and manage recruiting activities for each study and down to the participant level (i.e., tracking project, who was contacted, who participated, etc.) Interface with Financial Advisors to recruit clients in their book of business Facilitate/moderate user-centered design research activities such as: Interviews, Usability Testing, Focus Groups, Card Sorting, Contextual Inquiry, Ethnography, Discovery Sessions and/or Surveys This includes monthly standing user research with clients based on prioritized needs of the scrum teams Contribute towards note-taking for user research activities where you are not the moderator Act as the main liaison with external research or design vendors Manage passing back and forth of data, ensuring vendor has artifacts they need, sending out communications, etc. Answer questions and own the day to day communications with the vendor Schedule meetings Contribute to and/or create discussions guides Analyze results from user research and present recommendations to various audiences Communicate ideas via design (i.e., whiteboard drawings, paper sketches, etc.) Ability to juggle multiple user research efforts at once and track and communicate them appropriately Good project management skills; organized --------------------------------------------------------- Thanks & Regards.
