The individual must be self-sufficient problem solver but also a collaborative team player. This individual should be able to look at data within tables and ensure it balances. Individual will be heavily responsible for the management of data quality within the environment and communicating data quality issues as they arise. Individual will be responsible for leading the correction of data quality issues on behalf of HCV-IT. Individual should be comfortable developing repeatable process for operations turnover as well as routinely verifying data quality. * * *REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:* · Seeking resources to develop, monitor and ensure data consistency, integrity and full availability support within HCV-IT *SQL Server 2008 R2* environment. · Self starters that can take loosely defined assignments and drive them to structured work. · Proven ability to drive from very high level concepts to a detailed understanding of business problems. · Ability to conceptualize business and technical solutions; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. · Strong background in architecting and designing complex solutions. · Understanding of data and how it relates to sources. · Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. · Must be able to communicate complex ideas through simple pictures to a wide variety of audiences. · Ability to understand data flows and recognizes issues in upstream systems. · Be comfortable getting hands-on in technical solutions.
