*Job Title: Sr DevOps Engineer *
*Location: Wilmington, DE*
*Duration : Long Term*

*This person will need to have senior level skills in Chef, Linux, Ruby,
Puppet and be a thought-leader. *
I am looking for change agents that can demonstrate leadership and
ingenuity, write code that installs and configures things as if it were a
Java project, not another "Build Manager".
Developers who can write code to install and configure infrastructure,
servers, etc.
Expert Linux, Ruby and Chef are mandatory toolsets, Puppet is a close 2nd
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery experience with the tool stack.
Have configured their own tools to integrate with others in an
infrastructure environment and on servers (virtual AWS).
I am looking for people with the expertise in the devops toolset, including
automation of the configuration of their own tools - not button pushers

*To put it into context: *
I cannot require development teams to automate deployment and configuration
of their systems if my team is manually installing and configuring Jenkins,
setting up environments, etc.
Our Chef Server, GoCD, and Artifactory are all pushed through GoCD pipelines.

*** this is where the automation of the configuration of their own tools
come in….We produce our base OS images via automated pipelines – creating
an AMI in AWS manually is child’s play by comparison.
I want these guys to have an opinion when we talk about Chef and whether to
use repo per cookbook vs. single monolithic repo.

*Thanks & Regards*
