*Job Title: Tealeaf consultant* *Location: Greensboro, NC* *Duration : 6 Months likely to be extended* *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Demonstrated knowledge with HTML, Javascript. Knowledge with web analytics tools, i.e. TeaLeaf and Site Catalyst Experience with applying tags to web pages for capturing data. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective business relationships *Education:* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Experience with SiteCatalyst preferred. Experience with creating events/dimensions in Tealeaf Understanding of network traffic concepts Tealeaf cx, cxImpact, cxView experience *DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:* Support day to day data requests for our websites using TeaLeaf and Site Catalyst Support the development team in their investigation of reported issues using Tealeaf. Work with the IT infrastructure teams to administer TeaLeaf and optimize the configuration of our analytics tools. Communicate with various teams within the IT organization to ensure all key performance indicators are being tracked on the websites. Test and audit the quality of the data collected and work with the development teams to correct any inaccuracies/inconsistencies. Coordinate with the rest of the team members to ensure timely execution of project plans. Help with the analysis of usage patterns of our online tools.
