*Job Details: Title        : SharePoint Architect*

*Location: New York   *


*Duration: 6+ Weeks of contract*

*Project Scope*



·         Documents need restrictions:

o   All documents shall be read only documents

o   Can't copy, paste, email, print, screen-print, forward or be seen by
others, including from a user device (BYOD) accessing via VPN

§  volume could be 3000 pages per person (records are not deleted or
modified)

§  PDF files, Word Files or Hard Copies (scanned as PDF)

§  Other formats (word etc)

o   Must be able to add documents

o   Must not be able to delete or change documents

o   No documents shall be ever deleted

o   Documents shall not be modified or updated

o   Only new documents will be added

o   Documents such as CVs, Letters of Recommendation etc. need to be
secured

·         System access:

o   Only FP&B personnel shall view the documents (both in network and via
VPN access)

o   Group members will have the same access privileges (this may need to
change so that one person has admin privileges to add/delete/modify files)

o   VPN access

o   Site is already built and available

o   Development environment will be made available via VPN (BYOD as exits
will be utilized)

o   Production environment (Client will create a development environment
and grant VPN access)

o   iPad, iPhone, Android, etc. access

o   SharePoint site is already developed but client was not successful in
developing/utilizing the security restrictions needed

·         Access and activity logs (Hunter staff undecided if this is
needed)

o   Attempt to log in, print, copy, forward, save as, etc.

o   Capture changes

o   Error Flow (warning messages to user that "can't do that"/redirection

o   Legal Dept may ask for a Terms & Conditions page that needs to be
authenticated at start up (Aubrey mentioned this on our noon call)_

·         Management of the site

o   Office of the Provost will be managing the documents

·         Project Timeline

o   Clients expects to roll out the changes by the next Spring session
(early February)

o    Client would like to begin reviewing changes early next year.

o   First FP&B meeting is in February 2015. SharePoint updates need to be
ready before that
