Prior experience managing Ariba software implementations is required. Additionally, the PM would manage the project that is to define a corporate card program including the systems integration and coordination with ERP/Workday; Supply Chain/Ariba/ EAMs; Source to Pay corporate card program, set-up and maintenance; and Treasury processes and cash management. *To be successful the Project Manager must proficiently:* · Plan, direct, and ensure the successful management of assigned projects, utilizing the complete resources of the portfolio management office and assigned project management teams. · Develop, execute, and maintain project management plan for each assigned project, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resource, issues, risks, change control and contractor management plans. · Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. · Manage project changes (scope, budget, and schedule) through the portfolio governance structure. · Proactively identify risk and mitigation plans, monitor project status, recognize negative trends and project variances, and coordinates corrective action. · Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. · Manage project budget. Working with the Budget Control Specialist, determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Accurately forecasts project cost to complete. Manages cash flows and final project cost, variances, and corrective actions. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* *The Project Manager candidate must meet the following qualifications and skills:* · Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 4 years of IT project management experience. · Experience managing Ariba software implementations · Team player capable of working with management, project control specialists and contractors. · Capable of coordinating and influencing a wide range of functional organizational leads and subject matter experts across the lifecycle process to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. · Ability to create project plans, track, and drive deliverables. · Ability to create an MS project schedule, baselining, statusing, and earned value reporting to include earned value, planned value, actual value, performance measurement baseline Budget at Completion (BAC), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and Estimate to Complete (ETC). · Ability to create and maintain status reports and present to management. · Must be goal oriented, action-focused, pragmatic, and self-disciplined. · Proficient with MS Project.
