To scope out new projects, the engineer will need to be able to translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications. These specifications will be used to architect the overall infrastructure solution. Projects will range from business applications to infrastructure technologies. This person will also be required to provide project management oversight during the solution implementation as well as design and execute a comprehensive communication plan. *A successful candidate should have strong experience in implementing and managing both large scale as well as concurrent infrastructure projects,* a solid understanding of infrastructure components, as well as a good understanding of development technologies. This person will also need to be able to perform ROI analysis and prepare budgets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
