Dear all, The phenomenal success of MyGOSSCON 2009 has brought about the sharpest increase in the number of public sector agencies adopting OSS. Over 95% of all agencies, i.e. 691 public sector agencies are using OSS. Full details of this continuous upward trend are available at:
