It seems that the circles are drawn as circles in the projected map.. Since
it appears that Osmand uses the same Mercator projection that Google and
other tiled map services do, a circle on the map will NOT be a circle on
the ground at small scale, and the distortion at that small a scale would
be apparent to the unaided eye. That's what I suspect is going on here,
anyway.

Invert Y coordinate for tile source in OsmAndMapCreator

Hi,

Is it possible to invert Y coordinate for tile source in OsmAndMapCreator 
in the same way as in 
http://mobac.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Custom_XML_Map_Sources#invertYCoordinate?

I need for this for topographic tiles from http://nakarte.tk so it shows 
tiles in MOBAC but I can't configure MOBAC to create map for OsmAnd
