That will indicate whether the problem is OSM data or OSMAnd. Verify first in OpenStreetMap (https://www.openstreetmap.org/) that the exits are numbered correctly in the base data. If the base data is incorrect, then sign up for an OSM account and edit the map to contain the correct numbers (which should then flow into OSMAnd after the next map update). If the base data is correct, then file a bug report in the OSMAnd github issue tracker (https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues). Yes, I encountered something similar.
