Re: Where are my GPX tracks?

2020-02-09 Thread Ryan Trullinger
Thank you, that is one thing i didn't try, I was trying to find them, using
the my files, file manager, I did manage to fine them using my way, but
there was no option to transfer to them to my computer, directly, so I
uploaded them to my drive, then deleted them from the tablet. I don't need
them there any more.

what a bore that google doesn't seem to be able to implement editing a post
here.

you CAN pause: pull down the menu out of osmand and you'll see it.

you CAN avoid warnings of private ways by allowing private access in the
navigation setting.

you CAN just switch off osmand when you take a route every day ;-)

you CAN track your road - just end a navigation and you'll have it.

but working with osmand horizontally IS a bore. and there are SO many
setting deep in the caves of that tool (which is normally just great - just
not right now...!)

SD Card question

2020-02-09 Thread Tom Norton
So as a tech challenged individual I was attempting to move my maps from
internal storage to the micro SD Card.
I thought I would look at the amount of data stored Internally before and
after. So then I went to Settings in Osmand and I see 2 External Storages. I
picked #2 as #1 was already checked. Did the change and then looked at the
Internal Storage and yes the volume decreased by about 2 gig. Then I looked at
the SD Card storage and it really didn't change.
So my question is where did it go? And/or what did I do wrong?
Looking forward to your assistance!
Thanks!
