Hello!
If *"Show on start"* is *ON*, you will see Dashboard, every time OsmAnd 
launch.
*"Access from map" *- is control behavior of the bottom left icon on the 
map screen, if it's *ON*, tap on this button will launch Dashboard, if *OFF* 
- drawer menu will be open.

Dashboard or menu

If in the dashboard configuration, 'Show on start' is set to 'on' and 
'Access from map' is set to 'off' then the 'menu' should be shown at 
startup but the 'dashboard' is shown. Or am I wrong? If "Access from map" 
is set to "on", the result is the same.
