I have the same experience, Osmand tends to tell med to take the first exit even when the correct exit is the second or third. The map is showing the correct excits, the voice is wrong. I checked with openstreetmaps, and the correct excits are given. I took my motorcycle out from winter storage a few days ago, since november I have not used Osmand. But I cannot remember any such failures from last year. I do not know if it is important, but I am riding in the Oslo area, Norway. Verify first in OpenStreetMap (https://www.openstreetmap.org/) that the exits are numbered correctly in the base data. If the base data is incorrect, then sign up for an OSM account and edit the map to contain the correct numbers (which should then flow into OSMAnd after the next map update). If the base data is correct, then file a bug report in the OSMAnd github issue tracker (https://github.com/osmandapp/Osmand/issues).
