[otrs] OTRS Search Issue
Hello, I have a very typical issue. The OTRS Search works for all things except Closetime Parameter. If i use that , then it shows no results. And once i use that after which if i try to search using Create Time, that too doesnt work which otherwise was working earlier . However, in any case Closetime is not working. Thanks.. Actually, the documentation suggests /op/ at all the places,so was confused. Also, seems its possible to run multiple instances of OTRS in one machine... I havent tried but want to do it... [otrs] How to create a Backup Strategy
Hello guys, i have been thinking over a backup strategy for my OTRS system. I should rather call this archive strategy. Now the DB size is now around 600 MB and i dont need the data anymore. but accasionally i do need them for some search purpose.Therefore, i need to archive this thing and keep it accessible cleaning the exisiting database. This would actually help me speed up my system. So can anyone suggest how can this be done, if at all. The live DB should begin from size 0MB and the old data should be somewhere else where it hsould be accessible via the OTRS front end. Thanks in advance for suggestions , if any.. Hello Everyone, I have been getting this warning message in Linux System messages continuously and even in error messages of OTRS. Its flodding every second such messages. I have not been able to figure out the exact cause of this. Would be thankful if anyone has any idea over this. internal OTRS-CGI-10[32019]: [Notice][Kernel::System::User::GetUserData] Panic! [otrs] maximum tickets that can be closed
hello, Is there any limit on maximum number of tickets that can be closed using bulk action ? What are the settings required in order to increase the maximum number ? I need this using front end... [otrs] Regarding Bcc Field in Otrs
Hello, I just went through table structure and got to know that Bcc fields ID are not stored in database. I was wondering why is this field skipped? I would like to know the reason since even search doesnt has Bcc field and in ticket view too Bcc id's are not displayed. I want to know the reason behind this thing. Actually, im not able to justify myself as to why is this field being dropped from search as well as database. So if any specific reason for it, i would like to know the same.
