Yes, old TWTelecom colo on Meridian Way. We had to have someone actually visit. 
Many cages have no power - some do. Nothing but local issues in the building.

If the colo you're talking about is the old TW Telecom that got bought by 
level3 and then Centurylink you may be right.  I think it's off Meridian Way?  
I called over and it's just ringing forevernothing on Centurylink's feed 
though.  Odd...

location, (no voice/data/Internet - even cellular data lights-out backup is

West Chester has lost all power. We have no services functional at this

The link is up ok, but no peer.

monitor drop from multiple locations in Ohio and KY (different regions) this is 
from multiple monitoring points as well.

I'm in Columbia - all of our legacy TWTC circuits are layer 2 and seem 
unaffected - our DIA with L3 is with AS3356, and also seems unaffected.

FWIW legacy TWTC circuit in Greenville SC seems unaffected.  Similar legacy 
TWTC circuit we have in Mobile AL seems fine as well.

Yes. Indianapolis, IN. Ckt is physically up but see 50% p/l, and when they do 
go through, pings to, say, 8.8.8.8 show 300-400 ms times. Can't get through to 
Level 3 to open a ticket. Thanks for mentioning it here.
